16.6 | conducting medical reviews to better address your medical risks and improve patient care; |
16.7 | conducting means testing to assess entitlement to subsidies and other financial assistance; |
16.8 | reimbursement of healthcare providers for services provided; |
16.9 | processing orders for and dispensing medication; |
16.10 | processing appointments, bookings, admissions, transfers and discharge; |
16.11 | processing and collecting payment for products, treatment and services; |
